Ingredients   :

3/4 pound ground beef
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dill pickle slices
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce

Direction   :

Form the beef into 3 patties of half-an-inch thickness. Grill with a
cover for 5 minutes per side over moderate-hot heat or until a
thermometer register 160 ° and meat is not pink anymore. Slice
burgers into half-an-inch portions; reserve.

Mix mustard and ketchup together; cover the top of the crust to
within an-inch of edges. Put cheeses, pickles, onion, burger
pieces and tomato on top. Dust with pepper and salt.

Put the pizza onto one 16 ” square heavy-duty foil piece. Prepare
grill to cook on indirect heat. Grill pizza while covering for 12 to
15 minutes over moderate indirect heat or until crust is slightly
browned and cheese melts. Allow to sit for 5 minutes prior to
cutting. Scatter lettuce over.
