Ingredient  :

2/3 cup reduced-sugar orange marmalade
1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 pounds boneless beef top round steak (2 inches thick)

Direction   : 

Mix together oil, orange marmalade, lemon juice, and soy sauce
in a big bowl. Put a cup of marinade in a big ziplock bag. Etch
shallow diagonal slice to form diamond shape on the surface of
the beef; place in the bag with marinade. Seal and flip the bag to
coat beef. Let it chill in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours; flip the bag
from time to time. Cover the leftover marinade and refrigerate.

Drain beef and get rid of the marinade. Use a drip pan to ready
grill for indirect heat. Grease the grill rack with a paper towel
moistened with cooking oil and long-handled tongs. On direct
medium-heat, grill beef for 3-4 minutes per side while covered
until brown.

On indirect medium heat, grill beef over drip pan for another 25-
30 minutes while covered until it reaches the preferred doneness
(an inserted thermometer in the steak should register 170 °
Fahrenheit for well-done, 160 degrees F for medium done, and
145 ° Fahrenheit for medium rare).

Use the reserved marinade to baste beef from time to time.
