Ingredients   : 

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
3 teaspoons Dijon mustard, divided
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
4 hamburger buns, split
Optional toppings: lettuce leaves and tomato slices

Direction   : 

Mix a teaspoon of mustard, parsley, cream cheese, and cheddar
cheese together in a small bowl. Mix remaining mustard,
seasonings, ketchup, breadcrumbs, and green onions together in a
separate bowl. Add beef; lightly toss till thoroughly mixed.

Form mixture into 8 thin patties. Place cheese mixture onto the
middle of 4 patties; use remaining patties to place on top, firmly
pressing edges for sealing.

Cover and grill over medium heat or broil burgers 4 inches from
heat for 4-5 minutes per side till a thermometer reads 160
degrees. Place burgers on buns with desired toppings.
