Ingredients   : 

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons milk

Direction    : 

Heat oven to 230 ° C (450 ° F) beforehand.

Combine salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar, and flour
together in a large mixing bowl. Cutting margarine in. Create a
well in center. Add raisins, 2 tablespoons of milk, and sour cream
in, stir till just mixed (if needed, pour a bit more milk in).

Knead gently onto floured surface, for 8-10 stokes. Patting dough
till gets 1/2″ of thickness. Use biscuit cutter to cut, between cuts,
dip into flour. Put on baking sheet.

Allow to bake for 10-12 minutes at 230 ° C (450 ° F). Allow to
cool down slightly on wire rack.

Mix 2 teaspoons of milk and confectioners’ sugar together. Use
mixture to drizzle over biscuits. Dust with extra sugar and
cinnamon, if wished.
