Ingredients    : 

2 (6 ounce) skinless salmon fillets, about 1-inch thick, cut into 2-
inch strips
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup olive oil

Direction  : 

Set grill on medium-low to pre-heat.

Place the salmon in a baking dish. Take a bowl and whisk
together wine, lemon juice, garlic, dill, mint, red pepper flakes,
and parsley. Continue whisking as you drizzle in olive oil into the
same bowl. Pour the marinade over the salmon and let it soak in
the fridge for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Lengthwise thread the salmon onto metal or water-soaked
wooden skewers. Grill until cooked through and opaque in
middle, about 4 minutes per side. Serve as soon as it ’ s off the
grill.
