3 cups rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 135 ° /275 ° F. Use wax paper to cover 10×15-in.
In microwave safe bowl, cook and mix water and brown sugar in
microwave for 1 minute to melt sugar. Mix cinnamon, walnuts,
salt and oats in big bowl. Mix vanilla extract, honey and sugar

spoon to gently mix granola. Put in oven; bake for 25 more
