Ingredients   : 

1 cup uncooked brown rice
1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 celery, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cube vegetable bouillon
2 tablespoons margarine
2 cups boiling water
salt and pepper to taste

Direction    : 

Set oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C and begin preheating.

Clean the wild and brown rice by rinsing; put in a 2 qt. dish. Add
the green pepper, zucchini, red pepper, celery, and carrot to the
rice. Mix in the margarine, garlic powder, vegetable bouillon, and
onion powder. Make sure it is mixed well. Pour the water on top
and cover.

Put in oven for 30 minutes. Check to make sure no more water is
needed. Put back in oven until rice is done, 30-50 minutes. Mix
well before serving and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.
