1/3 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Whisk egg in a medium bowl. Stir in water.
Mix salt and flour in a big bowl. In the middle of mixture, make a
well and slowly add water and egg. Whisk thoroughly.
In case mixture is too dry, raise the amount of water by putting in a
teaspoon at a time till an elastic dough is form.
Knead the dough on a slightly floured area till elastic. Slice
dough into 2 individual balls. Put on a moist cloth to cover the
balls for at least 10 minutes.
Slice each ball into 4 even portions. Roll portions to make
squares, 10 1/2 × 10 1/2-inch in size. Cut each square into 9
squares, 3 1/2 × 3 1/2-inch in size. Use this for any recipe that
requires wonton wrappers.
